Pilates Wellness Sessions

There Is No One Size Fits All. 

1-2-1 Pilates Wellness Sessions are of great benefit to many of my clients. Working in-person or through a virtual appointment, sessions are tailored specifically to you.

Adjusting your technique can ensure you get the most out of each exercise, helping you learn about your body and what it needs. We can focus on what you are most worried about such as your neck tension, back pain, core weakness or postnatal recovery.

Using my skills of a Physiotherapist I am specialist in working alongside injuries and postural problems. 

Sessions are based around Clinical Pilates but may add elements of wellness for example including therapeutic yoga, and breath work.

In-Person 1-2-1 Session

£50

Located at Borehamwood Physio, Hertfordshire

  • 1 hour initial session
  • All equipment provided
  • Payment on the day
  • Follow-Up 45 minute session: £40
  • Located at Borehamwood Physio
  • Follow-Up 30 minute session: £30
  • Cancellation charge of 50% if less than 24hrs notice
  • Full payment for on the day cancellations or missed appointments
