Why 1-2-1 Pilates?

1-2-1 Pilates Sessions are of great benefit to many of my clients. Working in-person or through a virtual appointment, sessions are tailored specifically to you.
Adjusting your technique can ensure you get the most out of each exercise, helping you learn about your body and what it needs. We can focus on what you are most worried about such as your neck tension, back pain, core weakness or postnatal recovery.
Using my skills of a Physiotherapist I am specialist in working alongside injuries and postural problems.
Sessions are based around Clinical Pilates but may add elements of wellness for example including therapeutic yoga, and breath work.
One-to-one sessions take place in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire where I founded my own clinic called Borehamwood Physio.

Follow-Up 45 minute session: £45
Follow-Up 30 minute session: £35
Cancellation charge of 50% if less than 24hrs notice.
Full payment for on the day cancellations or missed appointments.

Virtual Session

Via Zoom


1 hour initial session
Payment 24hrs in advance
Follow-Up 45 minute session: £40
Follow-Up 30 minute session: £30
Cancellations can be made with no charge with at least 24hrs notice.

What is Pilates?

Pilates places emphasis on strengthening your core muscles. It differs from traditional abdominal and leg strengthening due to its focus on alignment and control, which has incredible benefits for anyone who tries it. It can help recover from injury, ease ongoing aches, pains and muscle tension and improve flexibility and posture. Clinical Pilates uses my experience as a Physiotherapist to consider your own personal requirements, any injuries you may have and works with you to adjust exercises to your ability.
